Storing DNA or RNA samples can be challenging due to the biological nature of the samples. Unlike certain other samples, the traditional method of freezing these samples may encourage sample contamination or biodegradation of the sample’s integrity.

The quality of the samples remained high, which allowed researchers to confidently report the accurate results of their research.
