The Sci-Print VX2 from Scinomix is a fully automated tube labelling system. This high-tech label printer is a fully modular system, allowing you to continuously upgrade your laboratory workflow. The VX2 is also very versatile being able to easily integrate into your existing labelling methods, without changes a lot of components.

The fully automated Sci-Print VX2 offers you and your team valuable research time by eliminating repetitive and mundane tasks, like having to manually label your sample storage tubes. This enables you to focus on priority tasks.

The Sci-Print VX2 can handle a wide variety of tubes and racks. The VX2 is capable of printing and applying labels to tubes ranging from 0.50mL to 50.0mL in size. These tubes and vials can also range in a lot of different brands.

These tubes can also be housed in different types of racks. Ranging from the standard and globally recognized ANSI/SLAS formats to the latest addition: the Honeywell type racks.

The Sci-Print VX2 is a very versatile machine and upgradeable with a wide variety of Scinomix Equipment. The VX2 as a stand-alone device can sort and pick tubes in their racks and apply a label to them. It can also read tube barcodes and therefore also the contents of the tubes. Next to that is also able to cap and recap tubes.

Combined with a bulk feeder, the Sci-Print VX2 can sort and pick tubes, which get bulk fed into the VX2. This means you can quickly drop a bunch of tubes in the feeder and have them get sorted.

If the VX2 is also equipped with a peristaltic pump, the VX2 can uncap tubes, fill them with liquids, and close the tube by recapping it. There are many liquids that the peristaltic pump can handle, Aqueous fluids are most common.

The VX2 has a high capacity for racks with tubes. Unlike the Sci-Print VXL, which includes a 12-position work deck, the Sci-Print VX2 includes a 6-position work deck.
This allows the user to place 6 individual racks on the deck and have them get sorted, labelled, scanned, filled, decapped and recapped.

Not only does the VX2 hold a lot of tubes, but it can process the tubes in a fast rate as well. With a labelling-throughput of 400 tubes/hour, the Sci-print offers a fast automated solution for every laboratory environment.
