With Micronic's 0.40ml tubes
The 0.40ml tube enables efficient storage of low volume liquid samples. Due to thick tube walls, the tube has a sturdy design and excellent properties for ultra-low temperature storage.
The 2D Data-Matrix codes are permanently laser-etched into the tube bottom so that they can never wear or fall off, ensuring absolute traceability. The 0.40ml tube is compatible with the 1D barcoded Micronic 96-1 Rack which is based on the automation-friendly ANSI/SLAS rack format. Additionally, the tube is compatible with liquid handlers and automated stores.
Product features
The external thread improves sample safety (cross-contamination is minimized) while maximizing storage volume.
The tubes are standard available with 2D Data-Matrix codes, the racks are 1D barcoded, and the codes are permanently laser-etched.
The black code surface cannot be separated from the transparent tube due to the patented 2K injection molding technique.
Resistant against chemical solvents, the tubes are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
